90-Day Limited Product Warranty

1. Coverage

Otter Mods warrants this hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser.

2. Remedies

If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Otter Mods will evaluate each claim and determine the best course of action, at its sole discretion and to the extent permitted by law:

  • Repair the hardware at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts; or

  • Exchange the product with an equivalent product; or

  • Refund the original purchase price of the product if the previous options are infeasible.

3. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty applies only to hardware products manufactured by or for Otter Mods.
It does not apply to:

  • Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or broken plastic on ports.

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire,
    or other external causes.

  • Damage induced by other products used in conjunction with this product.

  • Damage caused by service or modifications performed by anyone who is not a representative of Otter Mods.

  • Normal wear and tear from intended use of the product, unless failure occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

  • Software or any data stored on the device.

4. How to Obtain Warranty Service

To obtain service, you must:

  1. Contact our Support Team at ottermodules@gmail.com within the 90-day period.

  2. Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).

  3. Follow the instructions provided for shipping the product back to our service center.
    The customer may be responsible for shipping costs to return product(s) to Otter Mods.

5. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION. THE ORIGINAL 90-DAY WARRANTY DOES NOT EXTEND TO DEVICES IN THE SECONDARY MARKET (ie. USED, TRADED, OR OTHERWISE).
